Local processing

Core Workbench drawing and file-processing operations run in your browser on your device. The current beta has no user accounts, cloud project storage or server-side processing of user drawings.

Core Workbench drawing and file processing does not automatically upload drawings or files. You can choose to send diagnostic or support material, for example by attaching a downloaded support package to an email.

Information PRE-FAB receives

The current beta has no first-party analytics, application telemetry or behavioural profiling.

If you contact PRE-FAB, the operator receives the information you choose to send. This can include your email address, message, feedback and attached support material. A .prefab-support.json package can include your description, optional notes, sanitised technical evidence and—only after an explicit choice—the complete original source drawing.

Email and infrastructure providers necessarily involved in delivering or storing your message may also process that information.

Use and retention of support material

When you email PRE-FAB, your message and attachments may be used to respond to your request, investigate a reported issue or address a security or abuse concern.

Messages and attachments may remain in the email systems and backups used for support. No fixed deletion schedule is specified for the current beta.

Do not send confidential, proprietary or customer files unless you are authorised to disclose them and they are genuinely necessary.

Hosting and advertising

This Shell does not identify a public hosting provider or its log-retention period. Hosting infrastructure may create ordinary request and security logs, potentially including request time, requested path, IP address and browser or device information. Provider-specific details can be added when known.

The Shell contains inactive locations reserved for possible future advertising, but no advertising provider, provider code, provider cookies or ad tracking is currently loaded. If a provider is selected, its data practices and any applicable consent requirements can be described here.

For privacy questions, complaints, or requests concerning personal information you have sent to PRE-FAB, email tomfromhcw@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the matter.

Privacy rights and complaint options vary by location. You can also contact an applicable privacy regulator if a concern remains unresolved.
