PRE-FAB does not currently provide accounts, in-product messaging or automatic support uploads.

Send a Workbench support package

The Workbench can create a .prefab-support.json file on your computer. PRE-FAB does not upload or send it automatically.

In the Workbench, open Report, then Report a Problem.
Choose a category, describe what happened and add any useful optional notes.
Leave Include original source drawing off unless the complete drawing is necessary and you are authorised to disclose it.
Select Download support package.
Attach the downloaded .prefab-support.json file to an email and send it to tomfromhcw@gmail.com.

The package normally contains your description, your choice about including the original drawing and sanitised technical evidence. The complete original drawing is included only if you deliberately choose to include it.

Before sending files

Review the package and your email before sending them. Do not include confidential, proprietary or customer drawings unless you are authorised to disclose them and they are genuinely necessary for the support request.
